About Me
I obtained my PhD in Materials Science and Engineering working with professor Yi Cui at Stanford University (January 2019). My PhD research, supported by Stanford Graduate Fellowship (SGF), was at the interface of electrochemistry, nanomaterials and materials characterization techniques, in particular, the materials design and fundamental understandings of next-generation battery chemistries and electrocatalysis.
I am currently doing my postdoc with professor T. Alan Hatton in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As a postdoc, I hope to utilize my electrochemistry and materials science training to broadly explore issues facing the energy-environment nexus. Particularly, I am interested in carbon capture based on electrochemical processes.
I am passionate about science communication and currently serving as a MIT Chemical Engineering Communication Lab Fellow.
